By providing your phone number during account registration on Firnela, you consent to receive transactional SMS notifications related to your shift activity, including reliability check-in reminders, shift updates, and time-sensitive alerts. Message frequency varies based on your shift schedule. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not use your phone number for marketing purposes. Your phone number will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to deliver these notifications (e.g., our SMS provider, Twilio).
